Delivery of Orders. Shipping Costs and Postage
The website and the products contained therein are intended only for direct sales to the consumer, so that Espaço de Jóias, Ltda.
The User/Consumer is solely responsible for the accurate, complete and truthful entry of all data requested in the website's user registration form and in the respective orders, including, without limitation, the address where the respective delivery must be made. The Jewelry Space, Ltd.
The User/Consumer is responsible for, upon receipt of the order, checking that the packaging is in perfect condition and that the items comply with the order. In cases where it is visibly damaged, the User/Consumer must refuse receipt, mentioning the occurrence on the delivery person's delivery list and contact Espaço de Jóias, Lda.
Unless otherwise stated, the estimated delivery time for items within national territory is approximately 48 hours in mainland Portugal and 72 hours for the islands of Madeira and the Azores after effective payment for the products. When counting working days, Saturdays, Sundays, national or municipal holidays, days on which a holiday is declared and strike days in the transport or postal services sectors will not be taken into account. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9am and 6pm.
Unless otherwise stated, the estimated delivery time for items within European countries is approximately 2 to 4 business days. When counting working days, Saturdays, Sundays, Portuguese national or municipal holidays, days on which a holiday is declared and strike days in the transport or postal services sectors will not be taken into account. Deliveries are made on weekdays between 9am and 6pm.
Unless otherwise stated, order up to 100 € with delivery address in Portugal (mainland, Azores and Madeira) had a shipping cost of 5.90 €. Orders above 100 € have free shipping.
For orders to be delivered outside the national territory, namely France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City and Ireland, shipping costs €15.
If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the operator will reschedule a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Espaço de Jóias, Ltda.
